Students with a US issued School Diploma and/or transcript who will be presenting this documents in a country which is a signing member of the Apostille section of the Hague Convention will need to have their diploma and/or transcript authenticated by a designated federal authority, for it to be valid in the country where it will be used.

This authentication is a form of certification called an “apostille” as approved by the Hague Convention.

DIPLOMA- On the back of the diploma, this statement is typed: “This document is an original diploma indicating the named student’s degree award.”
The statement must contain the Registrar’s original signature, and the diploma is pressed with the College seal.

TRANSCRIPTS- On the transcript, this statement is typed: “This document is an official transcript of the named student’s academic record.”
The statement must contain the Registrar’s original signature, and the transcript is pressed with the College’s seal.

On both the Diploma and transcript the Registrar’s signature must be notarized, if not notarized we can have it notarized for you.
